Whether it's pressure, stress, bullying, trauma or self-destructive behaviors like drugs and alcohol, these silent struggles are too often overlooked in the athletic community... until it's too late.
 
I share my own story of battling depression and suicidal thoughts as a kid, overcoming loss, and the tragic reality that many of us are silently suffering. This episode is a call to seek help, find support, and understand that you’re not alone. And yes, dudes, that means you too.
